This article describes the implementation of a multidisciplinary, simulation-based training workshop designed to strengthen cleft care capacity in the Middle East and North Africa region. The authors focus on the role of structured education and team-based simulation in improving clinical preparedness and supporting more sustainable outreach care models. Participant feedback is used to evaluate the workshop experience, highlighting education as a practical lever for improving quality and consistency in global cleft care delivery.
