Facial Rejuvenation in Beverly Hills
Precision. Balance. HARMONY.
At Ramly Plastic Surgery, facial rejuvenation is approached with surgical precision, artistic restraint, and deep anatomical understanding. Dr. Elie Ramly — Harvard-trained in complex facial reconstruction and aesthetic surgery — offers a highly personalized, natural-looking approach to restoring harmony across the face, neck, and jawline.
Our philosophy is simple: you should look like yourself — refreshed, balanced, elegant — never overdone or altered.
What Is Facial Rejuvenation?
Facial rejuvenation refers to the comprehensive restoration of facial structure, balance, and youthful proportion. Unlike trends or superficial treatments, our approach focuses on the foundations of aging:
Changes in bone, fat pads, and ligaments
Descent of deep facial tissues
Loss of volume and support
Laxity in the neck and jawline
Skin-quality changes
Differences caused by weight loss, including GLP-1 therapies (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro)
Because facial aging is multidimensional, rejuvenation must be individualized — never templated.
Dr. Ramly’s Philosophy: Quiet-Luxury Facial Aesthetics
Your results should be refined, elevated, and quietly luxurious — the type of result only recognized as “you look incredible,” not “you had surgery.”
What defines our aesthetic:
Natural movement
Soft transitions
Balanced proportions
Zero visible tension
Fine, delicate incisions
Harmonious results that stand the test of time
Advanced deep-plane and neck anatomy expertise
A focus on identity preservation
This is high-end facial rejuvenation, designed for Beverly Hills patients who value precision, subtlety, and authenticity.
Comprehensive Facial Procedures Offered
Below is an overview of the facial rejuvenation treatments available. Each links to a deeper, dedicated page for patients seeking more detail.
1. Facelift (Deep Plane & SMAS-Based Techniques)
A facelift restores the midface, cheeks, jawline, and lower face by lifting deep facial layers, not just the skin. This creates a natural, youthful contour without visible tension or “pulled” appearance.

2. Neck Lift & Deep-Neck Sculpting
Neck aging often begins before facial aging does. Dr. Ramly specializes in advanced platysma work, deep-neck contouring, and cervicomental angle restoration.

3. Neck Liposuction & Submental Contouring
For patients with fullness under the chin or early loss of definition, small, refined liposculpting brings clarity to the jawline.

4. Ozempic Face & Post-Weight-Loss Facial Rejuvenation
GLP-1 weight loss can cause hollowing, gauntness, deflation, and rapid aging of the face. Treatment may involve fat grafting, deep-plane facelift, skin tightening, and volume restoration.
→ Visit the Ozempic Face page
5. Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
Addresses eyelid heaviness, puffiness, under-eye bags, and deflation to restore a rested, bright, natural eye appearance.

6. Brow Lift & Forehead Rejuvenation
For patients with brow descent or heaviness, Dr. Ramly performs elegant, natural brow repositioning without exaggerated arches or artificial shapes.

7. Facial Fat Grafting (Micro & Nano-Fat Transfer)
Strategic fat transfer replenishes lost volume in the cheeks, temples, jawline, and under-eyes using your own living tissue for soft, long-term results.

Facelift FAQs:
-
A facelift performed with advanced deep-plane techniques can deliver results that last 10–15 years. While no surgery can completely stop the natural process of aging, most patients enjoy a refreshed, youthful appearance for a decade or more. The beauty of an approach that treats the deeper layers of the face is that you continue to age more gracefully, without the “tight” or artificial look of older facelift styles
-
The SMAS is the superficial musculo-aponeurotic system of the face - the layer of fascia investing the muscles of facial expression deep to the skin and subcutaneous fat. A “SMAS facelift” can refer to any of three facelift techniques: High-SMAS, SMASectomy, or SMAS plication. Each of these techniques modifies the SMAS in different ways.
Of the SMAS techniques, the High-SMAS facelift is closest to the deep-plane facelift, with differences in SMAS flap design, deep plane entry point, and the extent of skin undermining and vectoring. When properly performed, both the High-SMAS and the deep plane facelift release the deep retaining ligaments and lift and reposition the tissues of the face. SMASectomy and SMAS plication techniques modify the SMAS (by removing a redundant part of it and re-suturing the edges, or tightening the SMAS over itself, respectively) but without performing a full dissection in the sub-SMAS “deep” plane.
Any of the techniques discussed can create a natural-looking result when properly performed; the key is in choosing the right technique for the right patient, taking into consideration their unique facial anatomy, as well as their aging or weight loss pattern, their aesthetic vision, downtime constraints, baseline health, and long-term goals.

The best candidates are generally healthy women and men who notice sagging in the cheeks, jawline, and neck related to age, weight loss, or both. Many of our patients are in their 40s to 70s, but candidacy depends more on anatomy and goals than on age alone. A private consultation helps determine if a facelift or other surgical or nonsurgical techniques (or no procedures at all) are best suited for you.

Item descriMost patients are comfortable enough to return to their usual daily activities within 10–14 days, and social activities around 2–3 weeks. Swelling and fine refinements continue to settle over several months, but each week brings you closer to your final result. Dr Ramly and his team provide concierge-level recovery guidance and direct availability to make the process as smooth and discreet as possible.ption

No. The Ramly Method — and the essence of modern facelift techniques — centers around gracefully restoring your natural facial harmony, not changing who you are. Friends and family will often say you look rested, vibrant, or refreshed, rather than “surgical”. Quiet refinement is the goal.
-
Facelift incisions are designed to be discreetly hidden along and behind the natural curves of the ear and hairline. They eventually fade and become nearly imperceptible. In most social settings, they are invisible to others.
-
Facelift pricing varies based on technique, complexity, and whether additional procedures — such as neck lift, fat grafting, eyelid, or eyebrow surgery — are performed. At Ramly Plastic Surgery, we provide a personalized plan based on your specific anatomy and the procedures you are seeking, with transparent pricing after your consultation.
Available procedures:
Lip Lift
Chemical Peel
Facial Feminization or Masculinization
