This study introduces and evaluates a quantitative scoring system designed to objectively assess aesthetic outcomes following unilateral cleft lip repair. By applying standardized measurements and structured evaluation criteria, the authors aim to reduce subjectivity in postoperative assessment and improve consistency across surgeons and institutions. The proposed scale supports more rigorous outcome comparison, quality improvement, and evidence-based refinement of cleft lip repair techniques.
