Loving My Results

I'm almost 2 months post op from my rhinoplasty with Dr. Ramly and I'm loving my result!

I had broken my nose 15 years ago and had a "closed nasal reduction" as well as a septoplasty, so my case was a revision. I went to multiple consultations in Beverly Hills, and for my case MTF cartilage was recommended. Waking up from the surgery, I was sooo glad I went that route because it's much less invasive, and the recovery was easier.

In general I felt like the recovery was pretty easy. I wasn't really ever in pain, I mostly just took ibuprofen after the surgery. The swelling can look intense but it doesn't feel as painful as it looks. After a week a lot of the swelling is already gone.

I really wanted a natural looking result, not a stereotypical nose job, and I like that Dr Ramly really listened, and I felt that we were really on the same page before the surgery. He is very warm and friendly, as well as Tara who works with him, I felt very comfortable and informed every step of the way. They did a morph to visualize how it would look and it's so crazy how mine really does look quite accurate to the morph! I love it! It's honestly so nice to take videos and photos and not scrutinize to my appearance anymore.
